Partners of the Americas (Partners) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, non-partisan organization inspired by President Kennedy and founded in 1964 in the spirit of the Alliance for Progress. Our mission is to connect people across borders to serve and change lives through lasting partnerships.

Partners assembles its network at a Convention at least every two years, dating back to our founding. Goals of Conventions include learning from each other, building new partnerships and empowering our members with new tools and tactics that work. After a rigorous assessment process, the 2016 Convention has been awarded to Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

This Convention takes on special importance as our network in Mexico is in a growth period and we would like to encourage that growth, as well as build connections between Mexican institutions and contacts elsewhere in the hemisphere.

Call for Proposals

Deadline: August 1st, 2016
Open To:

• ALL Partners of the Americas chapters, implementing and collaborating organizations, as well as individual members.
• ALL institutions of higher education in the Western Hemisphere, including technical institutions.
• Civil society organizations, governmental organizations and private-sector organizations with specific expertise in Convention themes.
