Dr. Carlos Silverio Huerta Jiménez
Carlos Silverio Huerta Jiménez is an educator and researcher with over twenty years of experience in the internationalization of higher education in Mexico and the United States. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Research and Innovation (BUAP-Cum Laude), a Master's in Educational Administration (BUAP), and a Bachelor's degree in Languages (BUAP). He is a CONAHCYT postdoctoral researcher and a member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico. He is the founder and director of USMEXFUSION, A.C. He has held leadership positions in the National University Association of English Teachers (ANUPI). He has published various articles in the field of higher education, particularly in the internationalization of this sector. His research has been presented at various international conferences. He is an active member of several professional and volunteer associations.
