For this workshop, it is key that institutional leaders and middle managers agree to meet for the duration of the event.

 

Introduction (10 minutes)

Justification:

It is important to raise awareness among institutional leaders and middle managers about the importance of working on internationalization under the umbrella concept of "institutional comprehensive internationalization". An informed leadership is the catalyst that can turn their institutions into places of preparation for a globalized world.

 

Objective:

To stimulate meaningful discussions concerning the comprehensive internationalization of the institution, as well as to carry out an internal and external diagnostic.

• Institutional Comprehensive Internationalization Workshop (2 hours)

(focusing on the  comprehensive internationalization of the institution)

Objective:

• To carry out an institutional comprehensive internationalization diagnostic.

 

SWOT Workshop Agenda:

• Part 3. Synthesis exercise (group work)
